SHIPPING 

Full price items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of placing your order. unfortunately due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Please note we do not offer exchanges. 

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in the original condition with any tags still attached and in the original packaging. If the returned items do not meet these guidelines, Coastal Creations have the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped back to the customer.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and coastal creations are not responsible for any lost returns.

Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned.

if you receive a faulty item please contact us on the "contact us' form on the home page or send us a message through Instagram to arrange return via the post for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Coastal Creations.
